The Rush SR factory AiM configuration defines a fixed set of channels. These are the canonical channel names for the MXS 1.x DBW config (Rush SR MXS v1.x DBW), as shipped in the AiM Config Releases . Use these names when setting up overlays, building custom dash pages in RaceStudio 3, or talking to support about a channel.
Note
Different configs (MXM, MXS v2, KLine) share most of these names but are not guaranteed identical. If a channel is missing in your config, check the AiM Config Downloads section and flash the matching .zconf2.
Analog channels are named Ch01 through Ch08 on the dash. The physical input wired to each is fixed by the factory harness.

Set up manually if you have the 12-gal tank — see Installing a Fuel Level Sender . Note
On the stock config, Ch02/Ch03 read pressure transducers and are named Front_Brake_P / Rear_Brake_P. The physical AiM device definition still calls the input Front_Brake_V / Rear_Brake_V (the raw voltage); the config relabels it to pressure. If a data log shows _V, that’s the raw voltage channel — the _P channels are what the dash uses.

These are calculated on the dash from the channels above. Two of them have near-identical names for different jobs — watch the suffix:
Oil_Change_Neede / Motor_Rebuild_Ne — the maintenance hour counters (reset via Usr 3 / Usr 4)
Oil_Change_Needed / Motor_Rebuild_Needed — the status flags that light the dash icons

Some dash behavior is configured elsewhere and won’t appear in the channel list:
Alarms are defined in RaceStudio 3 under the dash’s alarm configuration — see Dash Alarms
User counters (Usr 3 oil-change, Usr 4 motor-rebuild) are the maintenance-interval odometers, reset from the dash display
Shift lights and triggered outputs are separate dash settings, not channels
